Please sign and share our petition http://ow.ly/1XtzKqIn short: Cat Breeders have been forced to operate under the radar of City officials. Unfortunately this also leads to them being charged by the City when overzealous Enforcement Officers happen upon their homes for whatever reason. Dog Breeders are allowed, but Cat Breeders are not. This is not fair and must change. Please help.
Foster homes face the same issue, but are protected by their rescue group. This may be changing for the better, but until the law is changed, foster homes are at risk as well.
